Artwork — Copyright and Usage
When you purchase a work of art, you become the owner of the artwork, whether it is a photographic print or an original. However, your purchase does not allow you to copy, reproduce nor alter the work, in whole or in part, in any way and in any medium, with the intent of distributing it (commercially or non-commercially) or selling it. In other words, you own the artwork, Carmen Grenier owns the copyright on that artwork.

All content on this website is copyrighted. You may use the product photographs from our online store on your blog, website or social media channels as long as you include a photo credit and a link to our website homepage or the product page.

Shipping in Canada
Packages are shipped via Canada Post by regular mail or courier service. Rates are based on the weight and the size of the package. For more details and to see shipping costs, please visit the Shipping page. Please reach out to us for specific shipping and handling questions.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to fulfill international orders. This website does not currently allow purchases to be made outside of Canada. To place an order, please contact us by email to receive a quote and discuss your requirements.
Customer Responsibility
Please note that once your order arrives at its destination, local regulations apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
For liability and insurance reasons, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide your full daytime delivery address and a contact phone number to ensure an efficient delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our team works from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm EST, to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed in Ontario.
Provided the items you ordered are in stock and your order was not placed during a peak period, your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
Please note that during peak periods⸺including the months leading up to Christmas, new product launches, or sales periods, as well as special occasions such as Mother's Day and Father's Day⸺, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays.
It is important to note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your order may take longer to ship if the items you have purchased were not in stock at the time you placed your order.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes a "Pre-Order" item, your entire order will be held and shipped as soon as the pre-order item is in stock. If you wish to receive split shipments, you will need to place two separate orders online and pay for shipping charges for each order.
GREETING CARDS AND BOOKMARKS
Once orders have been processed, greeting cards and bookmarks are shipped and should arrive by regular mail within 3 to 12 business days in Canada, depending on your location.
A tracking number is provided with orders of seven (7) or more greeting cards or bookmarks.
OPEN AND LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Made to order for you, our open and limited edition prints require a slightly longer turnaround time. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Prints measuring up to 20" (50.8 cm) in width or length
Prints up to 20 inches in width or length are shipped flat by Canada Post (regular mail). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
Prints over 20" (50.8 cm) in width or length
Prints that are over 20 inches in width or length are shipped individually in a tube via ground courier service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
Expedited shipping
If your order requires urgent shipping, please contact us for more information. We will be happy to accommodate you.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an incorrect price on a quote or order, you will be notified by email or phone and given the option to accept the corrected price or cancel the order.

Can I apply more than one discount code to my order?
Certain promotions may only be used during specific promotional periods. Offers apply to full-price products and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Special product discounts do not apply to purchases made outside of Canada. Free shipping promotions do not include customs duties or import taxes applicable to the order. These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Why buy a limited edition photographic print?
The value of a limited edition photographic print increases over time because the prints produced in a given edition are only offered while stocks last and will never again be available in the same format. My limited edition prints are produced in small numbers⸺to a maximum of ten (10)⸺,which makes them all the more valuable.
My limited edition photographs are printed on high-quality archival paper and finished individually, unlike commercial prints, which are mass-produced. In addition, the limited edition prints are numbered, dated and signed by the artist. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What is a certificate of authenticity?
A certificate of authenticity includes the title, dimensions, and medium of the artwork, as well as the date of purchase, the artist’s name, and information about the edition series, if applicable. Such a certificate is provided with the purchase of our limited edition prints.
To a collector, this information is important because it adds context to the acquisition of the piece. As such, the certificate will help determine the value of the work in the future.
How to care for your print?
Your photographic print should be handled with care to ensure its longevity. Firstly, avoid exposing it directly to sunlight. It is also best to keep it in its original packaging until it is framed, preferably by a professional.
Please handle your print with care to avoid damaging it or leaving creases or indelible fingerprints.
